Really good experience though, considering how much cheaper these dresses are for bridesmaids compared to other shops, and the quality is still beautiful, and returns are free (perfect if you're exploring styles and need to try multiple sizes) I got in touch and they have been so quick to respond and rectify the issue, just waiting on my the other two to be sent out to me. I have ordered 3x size 8 of the same dress (now we've finalised the style and size) and I was sent only 1 dress in an order that was supposed to have 3. I've even managed to get my 11 year old niece in a size 8 because of the elasticated back! I did find the 'wine' red was a little more purple in real life than it looked in the picture – but having done a lot of ground work it seems to be a common issue with reds not being 100% accurate. They are elasticated on the back (no zip) which is kind of annoying as we'll need to consider hair / dress order on the wedding day, but because they're elasticated on the back means the fit on each of the girls is beautiful (3 very different shapes all ordered a size 8). I've bought my bridesmaid dresses from Krisp and they are so lovely, the quality of the dresses is great.
